Meet the Team
Jaswinder (Jas) Gill completed his Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Manitoba in 2019. He is experienced in working in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals and clinics, both urban and rural, assessing and treating patients of all ages.
Jas is has been a lifelong participant in a variety of sports, which piqued his interest in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and the rehabilitation process. This has led him to acquire a model of treatment that is built on the latest research and is motivated to continue building on his knowledge. He has pledged to take courses to further his understanding of various disease processes.
He is comfortable and capable of providing a broad range of techniques, this includes manual therapy, exercises, myofascial release, and other modalities in order to provide optimal client care.
Jas continues to enjoy sports and stays active with recreational hockey, basketball, and football. In the summer, he volunteers as a referee and organizer for non-profit organizations that promote youth participation in sports. Rehabilitation of sports injuries is a special interest however, he is very comfortable treating a variety of musculoskeletal concerns.

Delmar is a Registered Physiotherapist; She graduated with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy from the Philippines in 2017. She promotes client-centered and family-integrated care by involving the clients in decision making and acknowledges their needs, diverse values, cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and preferences with regards to their goals and treatment plans. These inspire the client and family’s role in rehabilitation and provides respectful and compassionate care that meets the holistic needs of clients.
She strongly believes that communication and education are key to successful rehabilitation. Delmar is passionate about learning and keeping herself updated regarding educational and clinical developments for the benefit of her patients.

Courtney started her academic career by completing a Bachelor degree in Science focusing on biology and human physiology. She then went on to graduate with a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba in 2021.
Courtney is an avid athlete and enjoys playing hockey and strength training in her spare time. She has played a variety of sports including volleyball, badminton, ringette, swimming, and track and field. Courtney hopes to become a sport physiotherapist and volunteer with women’s junior hockey among other sporting events in Manitoba.
Courtney loves to teach exercises to help patients recover from and prevent injuries. She uses manual therapy, education, therapeutic modalities, acupuncture, dry-needling and taping techniques to treat various conditions.
Courtney has an interest in concussion assessment and rehab, and sports injuries. She has taken additional courses on concussion rehabilitation and wants to continue to learn more concussion treatment techniques.

Heena graduated as a physiotherapist from the Institute of Medical Education and Research in 2009. She enjoys working with clients from all age groups. Having had her share of injuries through the years, she realizes the importance of right education and treatment in helping people achieve their movement goals.
She uses various manual therapy and myofascial techniques as well as taping as adjuncts to exercise for recovery.
Heena has a special interest in Women’s Health and is certified in pelvic floor assessment and treatment.
In her free time, Heena loves spending time with her children and exploring the outdoors. She also stays active by incorporating yoga, HIIT, and strength training.

Physiotherapist
Acupuncture, Advanced Dry-Needling
Gursewak completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2014, with a focus on orthopedic injuries. Originally from Winnipeg, he moved to British Columbia upon graduation, where he worked for 4 years with high-level athletes at the Langley Sports Medicine Clinic.
Being committed to patient care, he takes the time to make himself familiar with the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. When designing his treatment protocols, he relies on corrective multi-plane exercise, manual therapy, myofascial techniques, advanced dry needling, acupuncture, and other techniques to get his clients back to their life.
His special interest in treating sports injuries stems from his own personal experience with injuries having been a multi-sport athlete from a very young age. As a result, he developed a strong appreciation for the hard work ethic and motivation that is found in the athlete-patient.
Gursewak continues to participate in recreational leagues and enjoys strength training at the gym. He was also the on-site physiotherapist at the 2018 Junior NBA conditioning camp attended by NBA athletes and staff. There he provided care for injured athletes and instruction on injury prevention.
With a strong academic interest, Gursewak continues to clinically instruct students from the University of Manitoba and supervise physiotherapy exam candidates.

Hadi has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 and his Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy in 2021. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, where he focuses on human biomechanics. With his academic and clinical background, Hadi brings both practical expertise and scientific insight into his treatments.
With more than 5 years of experience as a physiotherapist, he has developed proficiency in a wide range of manual therapy techniques, including myofascial release as well as joint and soft tissue mobilization. He also integrates electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and patient education to provide well-rounded, evidence-based care.
Hadi works not only to ease patients’ pain but also to identify and treat the root cause of pain. He goes further by equipping patients with preventive strategies and proper body mechanics to help them avoid future injuries and maintain long-term health.
He is bilingual and can provide physiotherapy services in both English and Persian (Farsi), allowing him to support a diverse group of patients. His patient-centered approach ensures that every individual receives personalized treatment designed to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being.

Neil is a physiotherapy exam candidate and he has recent graduated from the University of Manitoba's Physiotherapy program in 2025. He has an extensive history working in a hospital setting in a variety of positions. During his placements as a student physiotherapist, he has worked with patients from a wide variety of ages with a focus on educating and providing them with the tools and exercises necessary to help manage pain and restore function.
Neil has always led an active lifestyle, taking particular interest in running, cycling, kickboxing, and underwater football. His interest in physiotherapy began after recovering from knee pain that prevented him from running for several years. He continues to run, cycle and play underwater football and regularly joins local running events from 10k to full marathons.
He has a wide variety of interests outside of sports that includes writing, technology, learning about ancient languages, cultures, and history, as well as a degree in sociology which has been invaluable in providing him with a holistic approach to physiotherapy practice
